Beach Knitting

I spent a little bit of time knitting at the beach tonight.

It was warm, sunny and quiet and just the spot I was looking for. Knitting a simple garter st slipper to the sound of the water; it doesn't get any more relaxing.

That looks so nice. Makes me miss living and knitting next to Lake Michigan.

Is that a beach by a lake? Reminds me of the beaches beside Lake Victoria and Lake Tanganyika when we lived in Africa - but of course we couldn't swim in L. Vic as they had Bilharzia snails so we were restricted to certain areas. L. Tanganyika was fine, too deep for snails. I guess that's L. Michigan if I read the comments! Lovely knitting. Are you on Ravelry? I am, LismoreLady.
