Any Ideas?

I spent some time yesterday cleaning out some bags of wool. I emptied each bag to take a good look for any signs of moths; thankfully I didn't find anything. On one of my trips back into the house for the next bag I came back out to find I had a helper :)

Does anyone have any suggestions what to use this super bulky wool for? I am thinking it will be too heavy for a sweater. A felted bag maybe?

I was going to suggest a felted bag, it would be perfect.

I have some heavy wool and plan on making some felted bowls or boxes. Someday...

How thick is it? I've made some very warm, snugly sweaters with thick yarn of around 2.5 stitches to the inch.

You could make nice chunky berets - or if you have enough - a really warm blanket!

I love fingerless mitts knit out of bulky yarn.

How about some slippers?

I thought bags or bowls too. Or even a kitchen rug!

Something felted - maybe french Press slippers?

There are some really great bulky/chunky cowl patterns on Ravelry that would be fun to knit up in your stash. Give your little helper a cuddle for me!

Great ideas, all!

Oooo, I like the idea of knitted bowls or boxes. My autocorrect thought I tried to type oxen-you could try that too! Felted cloche-style hats would be nice too.

I'm totally distracted by the helper!! How about something by EZ? a wacky snail hat comes to mind.
